Payment, Refund & Delivery Terms

Shipping & Payment Timeline:

International remittances generally take up to 5 working days to be confirmed.

Shipments are processed only after payment confirmation from our banking partner.

Once confirmed, shipping typically takes 2–3 weeks for delivery, and you will be provided with a shipping tracking number after payment confirmation.

Please note: the tracking ID may take up to 2 working days to become active/live after dispatch.

1. No Returns Accepted:

For safety, compliance, and quality assurance reasons, we do not accept or process returns of any product once it has been shipped. Please inspect your package immediately upon arrival and inform us within 24 hours if there is any issue.

2. Refund Policy:

Refunds are not provided once an order is confirmed and shipped. In case of any discrepancy or issue, we offer product adjustment in your next order as a goodwill resolution.

3. Order Delivery:

All shipments are dispatched through trusted international couriers with tracking details provided after dispatch. Delivery timelines may vary depending on customs clearance and local regulations in the destination country.

4. Responsibility:

Once the shipment leaves our facility, Shree Shyam Globals is not liable for delays caused by customs, postal services, or regulatory authorities. However, we will provide full assistance in tracking and resolving any delivery concerns
